  • MCM (Motor Condition Monitor)
    is a software and hardware-based product, that has been developed using model-based monitoring technology and is being effectively used for process monitoring, predictive and proactive maintenance activities in different sectors of the industry. It is a device that continuously monitors electric motor-based machinery and equipments (fans, compressors, pumps, press machines, conveyors) used in several processes in a plant and has the ability of detecting impending mechanical and electrical failures (imbalance, misalignment, bearing and rotor faults, leakages, valve and vane misadjustments, isolation and other electrical problems) in these systems at the early stages of fault development using only voltage and current measurements.
  • PCM (Plant Condition Monitor)
    uses model-based fault detection and diagnosis techniques for monitoring and early failure detection in whole plant or machines. equipment or processes driven by electric motors.
  • DM (Detective Multimeter)
    The Motor Condition Monitor (MCM) technology, which is being developed, manufactured and marketed by Artesis Technology Systems, is integrated with a microprocessor based panel multimeter, as a result of the collaboration between Inter Electric-Electronic and Artesis. This new product, called Detective Multimeter is based on a new, state-of-the-art technology and it will lead other next generation products.
     
  • MQM (Motor Quality Monitor)
    is based on a unique implementation of model based fault detection  technology and provides an accurate and reliable mechanism for the detection of faulty motors. It also provides in-depth feedback about the causes of faults to the production process.
     

  • MCMSoC 
    is the MCM that is used for preventative maintenance by end users.  
     
    For OEM producers interested in applying condition monitoring to their own equipment, MCMSoC should be considered;
    •  as a coprocessor/add-on unit for mounting in the control/monitoring system of an OEM product
    •  to be customized for the requirements of each user
    •  to be  intended for volume applications and as such will have considerable cost advantages
